Very Spacious, Clean & upscale jersey shore beach house on the beach block by the North end of the Seaside heights, literally few homes from the boardwalk & beach. While you have access to best of everything that seaside offers from live shows, busy boardwalk, casino pier, water park restaurant, yet stay on the quite North end.

This is the first time ever this owner occupied main house is opened for rental in 2021. Very tastefully decorated that would make you feel right at home.

The space
- All rooms are equipped with Smart TV's
- Kitchen is fully equipped.
- Sleep Comfortably on hypo-allergenic Memory foam Mattress and luxurious down-like hypo-allergenic pillows.
- Every Decor & furnishing is hand picked with comfort in mind.
- Home comes with 2 Full bed and a Queen bed.
- You will have access to the entire beach house with 2 assigned parking for each unit.
- Don't stress about parking, there is enough off street parking and no need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life.
- Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills

On a side note, if you are planning for brithday parties or family reunions with big group, we have 3 more units (One 2 bedroom unit and TWO 3 bedroom units) on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more details.

With COVID, You are welcome to bring your own bed linens, pillows, sheet sets etc. If you need, please let us know ahead.

Other things to note
Pets are considered on case by case basis and there is an additional pet fee
No loud music or noise
No Prom
No unregistered guest in the apartment

Must be 25 and older to rent and must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation
Guest must follow township recycling and trash instructions
Guest must put dirty dishes, pot and pan in dishwasher to wash before checking out
